We have always been interested in bicycling. We have a Cannondale aluminum-framed tandem which Daisy and I enjoy riding, sometimes for long distances. We have participated in a couple of metric centuries (100 Kilometers), in North Florida. 

In early April of 2001, Daisy and I traveled to a tandem bicycle rally in Visalia, California, just south of Fresno. We enjoyed pedaling through the beautiful countryside and making new friends.

Below, we are in Saratoga, CA, taking a rest after a vigorous ride in the morning. Isn't that electric, one-person car, something else?
