While in California, we purchased two sit-on-top plastic kayaks, which we carry on board our sailboat. The names of our kayaks are "WINK" and "SNOOZE" to go with the name of our sailboat, "SIESTA", and our inflatable dinghy, "CAT NAP".

We are having a lot of fun with these light and easy to paddle boats. They each weigh 41 pounds, and are 11 feet long. They stack side by side along the starboard forward deck, and are ready for action in a split second.

We owe this interest to our friends Coky and Paul Michelle, who introduced us to kayaking by taking us kayaking around Key Biscayne, FL one evening in the mid 90's. What a great experience! We decided we had to get into kayaking.
