The "quarter berth", which is the term we use in cruising sailboat's layouts, is a similarly implemented concept in the layout of this RV. There is plenty of storage inside under the berth. More importantly, there is a huge side door which allows storage under the bed from the outside, or half of the bed can be removed and the result is a cavernous storage area that allows the RV to double as a small cargo truck to transport fairly large items locally.

Plenty of storage under the dinette, in deep drawers in the kitchen, overhead secure cabinets throughout, and an external locking external drawer that also serves as a cooler in tailgate parties.
